How do tax liens and auctions work
I am new to this and am very interested in how the tax liens work. I am wondering how I go about looking into the tax lien property. I don't have much money to invest but do have a little. Do any of you have idea what the average is on the delinquent taxes? I have been waiting to get in to some kind of real estate and came across something about tax liens. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
