Why Your Corporation Exists
What is the purpose of your existence? This is an important question to consider when filing out the articles of incorporation. The reason for the existence of the articles of incorporation should be stipulated in the articles. Lawful purpose is one generically used reason for formation of a corporation. However, in some agencies, a more explicit reason is required. This is simple since your group should have organized or incorporated with one objective, goal or mission. All you have to do is formalize it and write it down so the public and the government know too.
