Motivate Your Workforce With Knowledge Management
Find the right management style for your organization or group takes work. This is especially true for non-profit groups where much of the work is being done by volunteers. In this case you have little control over the worker because they are volunteers. A manager or leader under these conditions needs the right motivation factors to influence the volunteers to work and to accomplish the various tasks at hand. All of this is not an easy job. One style that will pay dividends is having the right information and using in combination with a knowledge management style and approach. This will help in motivating your volunteers.
