But despite all this many people fail to understand the importance of DRTV fulfillment. the fulfillment job isn't just restricted to taking and fulfilling orders. It includes a lot more such as managing customer and order data, managing efficient customer care support, ensuring secure transactions, managing product inventory and a lot more. If DRTV fulfillment is done right, it can turn out to be a boon for the DRTV campaign. However, if the fulfillment is not well executed you could be inviting serious trouble.
