Free Book Publishing and E-books
Electronic books have been called the future of free book publishing. Why then, haven’t they caught on? They’ve been around for over a generation now, and often for free. So why aren’t more people reading e-books? If you’ve had to ask those questions, then you probably do not read books too often. Books on paper are outright more comfortable to read for most people and they have a visceral and tactile presence that e-books do not have. More people are reading e-books that much is true, but the vast majority of us still like to feel the texture of dried pulp on our fingertips.
