This should include a variety of things including the budget, and a time line for every step of the process. Many companies have found it helpful to look for examples of another checklist used by other companies to much success. These checklists can easily be found online, copied, and altered to fit the needs of that particular company. The firm installing the software can also suggest things that need to be added to the list.
