Gas mileage rating - Feeling Cheated!

Wednesday, June 11th, 2008

One thing which I have realized is that the Gas Mileage Rating which is promised in all those glossy brochures and advertised so tantalizingly in advertisements is all eyewash. The reality is far from the truth. I had bought a SUV which was supposed to give me 25 to 30 miles per gallon of gasoline but which gives only 15 to 20 miles per gallon. The gas mileage rating is nowhere near what had been claimed by the auto mobile dealer while selling the car. I am very disappointed by this deliberate misleading by reputed car manufacturers. Should I sue or should I just let it be? Help!
