You can improve your telephone skills if you work at it
If you want to be good on the telephone then you need to have a broad array of skills. Being able to converse with people of all nationalities is essential. So is overcoming the fear of cold calling. Many people suffer form this. Rejection can take it toll. You have to be able to handle it, deal with it and move on. If you want to make a career on the phone, then you had better get good at this otherwise you won’t last.
