TV Viewer Ponders Real life Malpractice Cases
I know television isn’t real life. But, I wonder sometimes, do very many medical malpractice lawsuits end up in these hotly contested trials full of Medical Malpractice Expert Witness and hothead attorneys? Man, it seems like being a lawyer or a judge would be so exciting, if what you see from courtroom dramas and indulgent medical dramas is accurate. Of course, I have heard that in general, these things are boring. But, it wouldn’t make for very exciting television if everyone is calm and flat. I’ve thought about being a lawyer before, but if it isn’t like what you see on TV, then forget it.
