I am big into sports so naturally I am big into sports drinks as well. Actually I am big into sports nutrition supplements period. However I do find it challenging some times in finding the right sports drink. After all there are so many to choose from. I try to go with ones that are lower in sugar but I have heard that some sugars are good for you. It also has to taste good, I have had sports drinks in the past that are just offal. So if anyone knows of a great sports drink that tastes good and does the job let me know.
