Do You Know Your Company Project Management Needs To Select The Right Project Management Software?
I am amazed at the amount of Project Management Software that is available to choose from. Different packages offer different benefits directed and a companies needs. When I was assigned the task of finding the best one for our company I was first very excited, then daunted by variety I found available. Needless to say, I was up to the task though. I know the company project management needs and very successfully matched our needs to the available software available. My recommendation what taken and implemented. I even got a promotion because the company was so happy with how quickly I accomplished the task.
