I Know Nothing - Database Administrator Roles
Keeping with family tradition, both of my brothers have gotten degrees in computer science. I constantly tease them about being nerds, but the truth is, they have done very well for themselves. One of my brothers is a database administrator who made an attempt to explain to me database administrator roles and responsibilities.
If I’m being honest with myself, I had no idea what he was talking about. I can talk all day about how to use a computer and can open up virtually any program and use it correctly, but start talking to me about SQL and sever security and I’m completely lost.
