A Mortgage Is Debt
We have to remember that a mortgage is a kind of debt. People who have mortgaged property do not technically own the property in some cases, though they may be able to use it. One should not get too comfortable with a mortgage, as due dates can often come all too suddenly and failure to pay too often might compromise one’s future. It is extremely important to pay attention to mortgage terms and to make sure payments are always done on time. Otherwise, you might fall into the trap of having debt constantly hanging over you head.
