Do not be fooled by clinics who offer you a very cheap rate or a discount on the lasik surgery that they can perform. If someone is going to tell you that they can offer you a discount of nearly 25 %, then it means they are only trying to give you sub-standard stuff. It is necessary for you to keep aside at least $1500 to about $2500 per eye for a lasik operation. There is also the possibility that the amount might be a little more, but it is certainly not going to be less than indicated.
