Women’s fitness is different from that of men

With men we often get more into building bulk mussels than women do. For the ladies women’s fitness  more is about getting into shape and looking good in smaller size outfits. Most women aren’t really into the who bulk up things like men are. They like toned mussels but are even more concerned about having that flat tummy and no flab under their arms so they can wear sleeveless tops. I think women may have the better idea of getting into shape rather than trying to get ready to compete in a body building contest. Good personal trainers understand this difference and work with each person as an individual rather than just setting up training schedules that are supposed to be unisexed.
