Community colleges are a great place to take training type classes. These are courses Designed to prepare a student to take a national or state exam. Some careers for which an exam must be taken are law enforcement, nursing, welding, computer repair, fire fighting, and certain health careers. These are careers that are necessary in supplying the needs of local business and community welfare. Community colleges can be essential in providing these career opportunities.
