Dallin calls it a Dallas dress and it's strapless with piping at the top hem and ruching at the bust and an empire waist. Velvet, satin, and mesh diamond insets at front. Tie and elastic, smocked banding at back. Hidden zipper and double hook-and-eye closure at back. On-seam pockets at hip. Lined.
